His grandmother, Marie Underwood, became his steadfast guardian, shaping his character with unwavering guidance and love that guided him through life's trials. Throughout his years, Bill embraced outdoor adventures and high-speed excitement, finding fulfillment in drag racing, camping trips, and peaceful fishing outings, always prioritizing moments shared with family.
For two decades, Bill served as a custodian at Rhodes Elementary School in the MSD Wayne Township, retiring in 2020. His reliable presence ensured a welcoming and well-maintained environment for countless students and staff, reflecting his commitment to community and education through everyday service.
