From scouring Florida beaches for unique shells to casting lines while fishing or sinking shots at the pool table, she savored every adventure. Her passion for dancing under the lights, trying her luck at the casino, and diving into lively Friday night poker sessions showcased a vibrant soul who thrived on fun and fellowship. Above all, Tracy's world revolved around the people she held dear, where her generous heart wove threads of love and mirth into every gathering.

Tracy brought her diligent spirit to roles at Tropical Interiors and the Hot Dog Cart, where she contributed her skills with reliability and a positive outlook that brightened the workday for colleagues.

Tracy poured her affectionate energy into nurturing bonds that spanned generations, from playful escapades with grandchildren to steadfast support for her daughters and siblings. Her beloved companion Perry Thompson stood by her side through thick and thin, while daughters Shannon Young (with Michael Graham) and Jennifer Young cherished her guidance. Brothers Rickey Mitchell and Tommy Webb, along with sister Michelle Durham, shared in the familial tapestry she wove so tenderly. Grandchildren including Rickie Chamber III, Ryan Chamber, Riley Kostic, Jeremy Graham, Johnny Graham (with Jessica Snider), Justin Graham, and Jericho Graham, plus great-grandchildren Sophia Graham, Johnny Graham Jr., Nevaeh Graham, and Braxton Chambers, were the recipients of her endless hugs and spirited encouragement. Though she mourned the losses of son James Young III, grandson James 'Mikey' Graham, sister Rhonda Mitchell, brother Brian Mitchell, parents Linda Amrine and Ronald Mitchell, and grandparents Everett and Bernadine Mitchell alongside Bryant and Carrie Pearl Britt, Tracy's resilience shone through in the love she continued to share.
