From his roots in Kokomo, Indiana, Todd built a life defined by deep family bonds, entrepreneurial drive, and an unquenchable zest for adventure. He found his greatest joy in creating lasting memories with those he loved most, from playful days with his grandchildren to spirited travels and live music experiences. An ardent supporter of his favorite teams—the Colts, Pacers, and Purdue Boilermakers—nothing topped the thrill of cheering on his grandson's athletic pursuits. Even as he faced a cancer diagnosis, Todd's infectious laughter and optimistic outlook served as a beacon, reminding everyone around him to embrace each day fully.

- Todd shared a loving partnership with his wife, Emily, and took immense pride in his devoted daughters, Lauren W. (Bryan) Billotto and Ashton T. (Matt) Miller-Harrah. His world revolved around his cherished grandchildren—Porter and Rowan Billotto, Emerson and Eleanor Harrah—whom he delighted in watching grow. He was a supportive son to his loving mother, Diana L. Miller, and a beloved brother to sisters Sabrina (Mike) Cassidy, Renee Deardorff, Laura (Kyle) Boone Soderberg, Holly Clark, and Megan (Marshall) Stanton, along with countless nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Preceded by his father, Ronald 'Ronnie' Miller, Todd was the ultimate grandfather, father, brother, uncle, and friend.
