She excelled at John Marshall High School before pursuing higher learning at Indiana University. Her path unfolded into a profound commitment to helping those in need, blending professional dedication with personal passions like cheering for the Indianapolis Colts, exploring new destinations, doting on her grandbabies, and cherishing time with loved ones alongside her beloved dogs. Anchored by a vibrant faith as a member of St. Alphonsus Liguori Catholic Church, Tina's world brimmed with warmth and generosity.
For four decades, Tina poured her energy into social work, advocating for the vulnerable and fostering positive change. Even in retirement, her passion endured as she supported Zionsville schools as a special education instructional assistant, enriching the lives of countless students with her patience and insight.

Tina's world revolved around the laughter and milestones shared with her closest kin, where she shone as a devoted mother, cherished 'Nina' to her grandbabies, supportive sister, fun-loving aunt, and steadfast friend. She found her perfect match in Michael Nell, whom she wed on June 25, 2016, savoring eight joyful years filled with mutual adoration. Survivors include daughter Morgan (Ryan) Miller; sisters Debbie (David) Duncan and Diane Werking (Dennis Little); brother Tony (Peggy) Billerman; stepchildren Broc (Lacey) Nell, Kayla (Derrick) Hall, and Kristin (Jared) Hamby; eight grandchildren—Asher, Quinn, Chloe, Riley, Cameron, Tristen, Lillian, and Abigail—plus numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by husband Michael Nell, father Joseph Billerman, mother Juanita Billerman, and brother Donald Billerman.
