She contributed tirelessly to Southport Presbyterian Church groups, Perry Township school committees, the Indianapolis Symphony Association's south group, and the Southside Christian Women's Club, fostering unity and support in each endeavor.

Family & Loved Ones

Norma's world revolved around the enduring companionship she shared with her husband F. Robert Lively over 67 devoted years, alongside raising their three children amid a home brimming with warmth and invitation. Though she mourned the loss of son Chris Lively, she took immense pride in son Brian Lively and daughter Kimberly Gunderman, as well as her expansive circle of eight grandchildren—including Meghan Fasseas, Peter Lively, Matthew Lively, Andrew Lively, Seth Gunderman, Erin Lively, Patricia Gloudemans, and Luke Gunderman—plus eleven great-grandchildren who brought her endless delight. Her sibling ties remained strong with brother Richard Fox and sisters Carolyn Carroll and Ann Osborne, complemented by nine nieces, nephews, and eleven great-nieces and nephews, all connected through her gentle, inclusive spirit.
