Entering the world in Garden Grove, California, as the second child of Norman and Naomi Treon, Nina grew up embracing the rhythms of family enterprise. Her early years at the family's Mr. Steak restaurant instilled a profound appreciation for diligence, a trait that propelled her through Carmel High School and into the halls of Purdue University. Throughout her journey, she inspired others to push boundaries, reject complacency, and pursue their highest potential with fervor.

Nina channeled her strong work ethic into a fulfilling path in human resources, beginning at the Omni and finding her stride at Roche, where she built a lasting tenure. Her pursuit of the SHRM certification underscored her drive for mastery, and she became a beacon for colleagues, motivating them to aim high and embrace continuous growth in their professional lives.

Cherished gatherings and spontaneous adventures formed the heartbeat of Nina's world, where she poured boundless energy into nurturing her daughter Jennafer (John) Adams, her three adored grandchildren JR, Jackson, and Jayla Adams, and her siblings Brant (Andrea) Treon and Nadine Treon. Known for her infectious joy during hide-and-seek escapades and family vacations, she created a haven of laughter and connection that outshone all else, even as she mourned the loss of her devoted parents Norman and Naomi.
