Together they nurtured a vibrant household while relocating in 1982 from Ferndale, Michigan, to Carmel, Indiana, where she rooted her family deeply. Peggy's days brimmed with pursuits that reflected her joyful essence—hosting friends, mastering Bridge games, diving into book discussions, and tackling crosswords over a chilled Diet Coke. Her Catholic devotion shone brightly at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, alongside active roles in the Carmel Woman's Club and Seton Women's Club, where she forged enduring bonds.
