- Kris shared a loving marriage with Kurt Schepers since June 6, 1996, raising their three cherished sons—Grant (with Reaghan Jokovich), Reid (with Emily Robinson), and Gabe—who were her greatest pride. She was a devoted daughter to Marshia Stippich, sister to Karin Hollifield and Scott Stippich (with Karen), and connected deeply with her extended family including mother-in-law Sylvia Schepers and brother-in-law Jason Schepers (with Andrea). Preceded by her father Greg Stippich, brother Peter Stippich, and father-in-law Ralph Schepers, Kris poured her energy into family travels, party planning, and doting on her boys. Her faith shone through active involvement at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, sorority ties with ISU ZTA, and volunteering for causes like Helping Challenged Children and the Women of the Moose.
