An avid animal lover, she nurtured her two dogs, Sena and Chewie, three cats named Cosmo, Nugget, and Tater Tot, and five rats—Midna, Faron, Twilight, Tamia, and Agatha—with unwavering dedication. Kendal thrived on adventure, whether hiking through state parks, diving into board games and video games with loved ones, whipping up meals alongside her dad, or sharing endless laughter with her siblings.
As a senior at North Central High School, Kendal shone as a top scholar and led the Chinese Club with enthusiasm. She previously excelled on the volleyball and tennis teams, forging lasting friendships there. Her hands-on experience included a dedicated role at Lucky Dog Retreat and an internship at Pet Wellness Clinic, refining her interests in animal care and biology despite pivoting away from veterinary paths.
