Born in Avon, Indiana, Kaylee grew up surrounded by a close-knit family that shaped her joyful outlook. She thrived in the welcoming community of New Palestine, where she pursued her education as a sophomore at New Palestine High School. Kaylee's life was defined by her strong family bonds and the everyday adventures that brought smiles to those around her, reflecting a young woman full of potential and kindness.

Kaylee Mae Constantine-Fulbright's legacy lives on through their family and loved ones:
- Kaylee shared profound connections with her parents, Shawn Francis Constantine and Tiffany Marie Fulbright (fiancée Laura), and lived happily with her legal guardians, Dennis and Karen Backus, in New Palestine. She was a loving sister to Myiah Anderson and held dear her extended family, including aunts Debbie Cain, Shawna Kersey, and Christine Harris; uncles John, Mark, Jack Fulbright, Timothy Powers, and Wayne Rigor; grandma Lisa Powers; great grandpa Finis Powers and his wife Judy; and great grandma Bernita Brahnam. Preceded in death by her infant brother Bentley Constantine and 'Nana' Willie Mae Fulbright, Kaylee's personal world was rich with familial love and support.
