Beyond work, Jeff thrived on hands-on pursuits like experimenting with circuit boards, delving into engineering research, and tracing his family roots on Ancestry.com. Seasonal joys included apple picking in fall and baking bread for Thanksgiving, while weekends at the family cabin in Freedom, Indiana, offered moments of fishing, campfires, and stargazing. In his final days, faith became his anchor, as he looked forward to eternal reunion with Jesus and distant kin, including a cousin tied to Abraham Lincoln seven generations back.
Jeff distinguished himself as a firmware and software engineering prodigy, earning acclaim from global tech firms for swiftly untangling complex issues.
