Born and raised in the heart of Indianapolis, Jack embodied the spirit of his hometown through a life filled with dedication to family, community, and the simple joys of cheering on local sports. A proud graduate of Arsenal Tech High School in 1960, he built a foundation of hard work and loyalty that defined his path forward.

Jack Amacy Clark's legacy lives on through their family and loved ones:
- In 1963, Jack united in marriage with Shirley A. (Darnell) Clark, his lifelong partner and fellow fan in the stands. Their shared passion for Indy teams like the Pacers, Fever, and Colts created countless memories. Jack's greatest pride was his family, nurturing deep bonds with grandchildren Brittnay Miller, Kristin Ramirez, Jacob Clark (and wife Erin), Casey Clark, Rachel Hill (and husband Jonathan), and Kayley Clark, along with many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents Sidney and Alice (McMechan) Clark, sisters Donna and Judy, and son Steven.
