She found thrill in casino visits, bingo nights, and cruising in hot rods alongside Jim at car shows, always with her faithful dogs Yogi and Roxy at her heels.

Effie's contributions centered on nurturing her home and family, where her skills in cooking and creating welcoming spaces left an enduring mark on those she cared for most.
