He and Maxine Arnold, his partner since their 1958 union, raised daughters Rebecca Logan and Barbara (Kevin) Cox, alongside sons Christian (Jean) Greiner Jr. and Thomas (Jenny) Greiner. Immense fulfillment came as a grandfather to Stephen (Keriann) Logan, Matthew Logan, Erica Maginn Doss (Matthew), Katherine Lanciotti (Christopher), Rebecca Cox, Allison Greiner, and Anna Greiner, and as great-grandfather to Christian Doss, Teagan Doss, Parker Doss, Georgia Logan, Aiden Lanciotti, and Emmett Lanciotti. Preceded by parents Christian and Esther Greiner, brothers Vincent and Daniel, and sisters Carolyn Alexander and Sue McShay, Chris embodied patient guidance and boundless affection in every family embrace.
