Born in Anderson, Indiana, to Larry Blackwell and Carolyn (Bell) Norman, Angie grew up embracing life's adventures with an outgoing spirit. She excelled academically, graduating from Highland High School before pursuing higher education at Ball State University in Muncie, where she obtained her bachelor's degree. Throughout her journey, Angie cultivated deep connections, becoming a beacon of positivity and reliability for everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Joining Performance Marketing Group in 1989, Angie dedicated over 35 years to the company, evolving into its emotional core. She wore many hats—Work Mom, Sister, Air Traffic Controller, Confidant, Problem Solver, and above all, Friend—navigating changes with steadfast grace and a perpetual smile. Her pivotal role fueled PMG's triumphs, and her vibrant energy will be deeply felt in her absence.

She shared close ties with her mother Carolyn Norman; brothers Darin Blackwell (Kathy), Brian Norman (Laura), and Bill Norman (Bonnita); beloved nieces Kristel Hall and Lillian Renaud; nephews Dexter, Cole Blackwell, Caleb, Elisha, Garrett, Joseph, and Samuel Norman; plus special aunts and uncles—preceded only by her father Larry A. Blackwell and stepfather Michael K. Norman.
